Michelle Scarleth Gonzalez


Michelle Gonzalez is an Assistant Program Coordinator, supporting NCN’s Healing Generations Initiatives. As a passionate advocate, she brings a wealth of experience in community engagement, including reducing academic and resource inequities and works tirelessly to support and empower community members by connecting them to essential social services.

Michelle works to foster an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment and has been instrumental in improving access to educational and resource opportunities for families. Michelle deeply values ancestral knowledge and the philosophy of La Cultura Cura.

Michelle’s parents and family are originally from Tequila, Jalisco Mexico. She was born and raised in the Southeast area of Los Angeles and graduated Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Selected Studies in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Latino/Latin-American Studies.
