Tanya Riddle
Tanya Riddle joined NCN in 2018 as an Evaluation Specialist. She brings with her a strong knowledge of data entry and assessment, community data collection and feedback, and instrument delivery. She has over fifteen years of professional experience providing program evaluation services to non-profit agencies in education and social services. Her professional career has brought her into close collaboration with non-profit agencies serving highly diverse communities marginalized by poverty, racial discrimination, and lack of equitable educational and employment opportunities in Alameda, Santa Clara, and Sonoma counties.
Tanya is the proud daughter of Rosa De Gracia and granddaughter of Jacinto and Guadalupe DeGracia. First in the family to graduate from High School and College, she was a college athlete in basketball and still enjoys playing when time permits. Currently she resides in San Lorenzo with her husband and two school-aged boys.
