As our Maestra shares the song of Papa Sol, we want to encourage you to greet the beautiful sun throughout the day and take in all the blessings that it offers us. We encourage you to take your shoes off and feel Mother Earth under your feet as our bodies are nourished by the energy the sun provides. With that in mind, we also share the wise words, teachings, and beautiful song that our Maestra has shared with us. We hope you enjoy the medicine within her words and song.
