Ariel Jimenez


Born in Ocotlan, Jalisco, Mexico but raised in East San Jose, California, Ariel Jimenez grew up with hard working parents who wanted the best for their children. Ariel accomplished his goals of graduating high school and attending college despite being faced with many barriers in his community. He graduated from San Jose State University in 2013 with a double major in Psychology and Sociology.

Ariel currently serves as a Co-Trainer and Program Manager and supports the work of NCN as a national voice for racial equity, system change, and culture infused efforts that create transformational change. Ariel is currently overseeing the Joven Noble Youth Academy that supports young men transition into manhood. Ariel has run Joven Noble circles for over 10 years in various communities across the state.
